This non profit foundation was etablished in 1995 By Dr Eli Goldratt. The generic tools used in the program work without regard to age, culture or political difference. TOC stands for the ‘Theory of Constraints’, which started as a highly successful management theory in business and industry. Dr Eliyahu Goldratt has, for several years, donated his expertise and financial resources to help children around the world.

The case studies of millions of children in over 17 countries prove that its application in education improve student behaviours, academic achievement and school governance.
